Danilin initiates a criminal case against Irina Ushakova for the fact that the believer "participated in the discussion of the content of the religious books of Jehovah's Witnesses, including the so-called 'Holy Scripture' (the Bible)."

"Praying and discussing the Bible with friends is a natural expression of any person's faith, guaranteed by the RF Constitution. Such actions do not pose a threat to society or individuals and therefore, cannot be considered extremism," Irina Ushakova said during her final statement.
